One room for the whole raise.

A small website in your brand in front, a real data room behind it, and every reader a verified person.

  • For founders raising

Send one link per fund instead of an attachment. Know who read the story, watched the team and opened the model.

From your website to who's serious.

Three steps, and the room does the rest.

  1. Step 1

    Paste your website

Entryway reads your logo, colors, type and team, and drafts the room before you sign up.

Onboarding: a website goes in, and the brand Entryway found comes out.

  2. Step 2

    Send a link per fund

Each investor confirms a work email with a six-digit code. A forwarded link shows nothing until the new reader verifies.

Links: one per fund, each with its own gates and starting tier.

  3. Step 3

Follow up with the right people

A timeline per investor: what they read, watched and skipped, in order — the follow-up, written for you.

One investor's path through the room, in the order it happened.

Everything a raise needs, in one place.

Build it like a landing page, share it like a data room, and read it like a CRM.

Arrange pages from blocks. What you see is exactly what each tier sees.

Decks, docs and spreadsheets open in a secure viewer, watermarked with the reader's own email.

Give each investor a tier: Teaser, Deck or Diligence. Promote them in one click.

Every viewer is a verified email, so every visit is a person you can follow up with.

The editor: the room's pages and blocks, and the room as investors see it.

Why Entryway

A raise is a story told to busy people. Entryway helps you tell it in your own brand, then shows you exactly who listened.

Every control a data room needs.

Tiers, gates, NDAs, watermarks and an audit trail. Built in, not bolted on.

  • Email-verified viewers

A six-digit code to a work email. No accounts, no shared passwords.

  • Tiered access

Teaser, Deck, Diligence. Each person sees only their tier.

  • NDA gates

Require a click-through NDA before a tier opens. Signatures are recorded.

  • Watermarks

Every page carries the reader's email, so a leak traces to a person.

  • Instant revocation

Expire a link, revoke a person, or close a tier. Effective at once.

  • Tamper-evident audit log

Hash-chained and append-only. Export as CSV or a signed PDF.

Entryway, in brief.

What it is
A visual data room: a small website in your brand, with a secure document room behind it.
Who it is for
Founders raising seed to Series B, fund managers raising from LPs, founder-led M&A, and sales teams sending proposals and security reviews.
How a room is made
Paste your website. Entryway pulls your logo, colors, fonts and team and drafts the room before you sign up.
How viewers get in
Each viewer confirms a work email with a six-digit code. There are no viewer accounts or passwords.
What you learn
Who read what, in order: pages, documents and videos per person, deck heatmaps, and an engagement score with its weights shown.
How documents are protected
Tiered access, NDA click-through, per-viewer watermarks, downloads off by default, and a hash-chained audit log.
Where it runs
On Entryway's cloud, or on your own servers with Docker Compose or a Railway template, with every feature included.

Questions, answered.

Something else? [email protected]

  • Do investors need an account?

No. They enter a work email and a six-digit code we send to it. That's all, and it means every visit is a real person.

  • What if someone forwards their link?

The new reader has to verify their own email. They see nothing until you approve them at a tier.

  • Can I keep my existing deck?

Yes. Upload it and it opens in the secure viewer at whichever tier you choose. The room's pages carry the story around it.

  • Is it only for fundraising?

No. It's built for raises first, and also works for LP raises, M&A, partnerships and sales. There's a template for each.

  • Can I host it myself?

Yes. Every feature works self-hosted, with Docker Compose or a Railway template. Nothing needs a vendor account.

  • Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Paid plans can serve rooms from your own domain, like rooms.yourcompany.com.

Paste your website. See your room in a minute.

The draft is built before you sign up. Nothing is shared until you publish.
